BarkinPup provides a price tracking and product availability monitoring service that allows users to track prices of products from various online retailers. We do not sell the products we track, nor are we affiliated with the retailers whose products are tracked, unless explicitly stated.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to log out of your account at the end of each session.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall BarkinPup, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
